SEMINAR DESCRIPTION:

Stress is one of the most talked about aspects of human life. The effect it has on us is not always negative, as it contributes to the activation of the body and the organization of everyday life. However, it takes on a problematic connotation when it causes us discomfort and hinders our daily functionality. Often, stress affects the body, as the human being is a multidimensional unit, which is made up of the biological, mental and social part.

  • Interpretations of anxiety disorder and psychosomatic symptomatology
  • The intrapsychic context of anxiety disorder and psychosomatic symptomatology

OBJECTIVE OF THE SEMINAR:

The aim of the seminar is to investigate the effect of stress on physical functions, to recognize the importance of the mental factor in physical manifestations, as well as to present some basic principles for dealing with psychosomatic symptoms.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The seminar is addressed to the general public, to those who are interested in getting to know the mechanism of stress, the connection between emotion and physical discomfort, but also to learn basic ways to manage it.
